Transurban Queensland aims to meet Level AA of the Word Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
This site has been designed and developed to ensure that its content is available to as many users as possible, including:
- people with disabilities who may use assistive technologies
- those with slower internet connections or less than state of the art equipment
- rural and regional users
- those with non-PC internet devices including hand held devices and mobile phones.
Hearing, speech and translation services
Support for the hearing or speech impaired is available through the National Relay Service, various call options are available for:

- speak and listen users
- Internet relay users.
